Ingredients
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 2 scoops collagen peptides
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
Topping
- 4 Strawberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
- Lemon zest
- Dark chocolate shavings
Preparation
In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients for the chia pudding. Divide into two bowls and let sit for at least 20 minutes.
Chop strawberries and layer over the chia pudding, followed with the blueberries.
Zest lemon and serve over the top. Serve with dark chocolate and enjoy!
