Day 12 of the 12 days of chia seed pudding is chocolate orange flavored. This super simple recipe uses banana and orange to make the orange cream topping. Combine that with a chocolatey chia pudding and you’ve got a high protein dessert that will satisfy your chocolate orange cravings. This recipe was delicious as a dessert but it would also be a great breakfast or brunch recipe too.
One of my favorite memories about the holidays were the chocolate oranges we would get every year. I remember eating them in front of a warm fire on a cold night. It’s really hard to describe how delicious this chia pudding is. The dark chocolate paired with the citrus of the orange is one of the most decadent flavor combinations.
Double or triple this recipe and make it for brunch!
I can’t believe today is the last day of the 12 days of chia seed pudding. Which recipe was your favorite? My favorites are the: Lamington Chia Seed Pudding, followed by the Pavlova Chia Seed Pudding, and the Dark Chocolate Cherry Tart Chia seed Pudding.
