Ingredients
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 2 scoops collagen peptides
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- ½ cup water
Raspberry Layer
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 TSP lemon juice
- ½ tsp vanilla
Chocolate Topping
- 1 TBSP Dark chocolate chips
Toppings
- 3-4 Raspberries
- 1 TBSP shredded coconut
Preparation
In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients for the chia pudding. Divide into two bowls and let sit for at least 20 minutes.
In a small saucepan combine all the ingredients for the raspberry layer. Pour between two layers of chia pudding.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate for topping. Stir to make chocolate sauce. Pour over the top of the chia pudding.
Sprinkle it with toppings. Serve and enjoy!
