Ingredients
Slow Cooked Beef in Sauce
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
- 2 TBSP tamari or soy sauce
- 2 TBSP rice vinegar
- 2 TBSP Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 pound flank steak or chicken breast, cubed
Stir Fry
- 2 zucchini, spiralized
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 small stalk of broccoli
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in the Instant Pot. Add in cubed beef and cook on the pressure cook setting for 45 minutes. Once cook time is up let the pressure release on the Instant Pot for an additional 10 minutes. Once completed change Instant Pot setting to “saute” and cook on high to cook off some of the liquid.
- Combine all the ingredients for the stir fry in a saute pan and cook over medium until vegetables are desired tenderness.
- Serve and enjoy!
